Shipping

Processing Times

All orders are packed and shipped from our studio in New York.
Where items are currently in stock they should ship within the week, tapestries that are made to order will take 4-6 weeks, and custom pieces will be quoted per inquiry.

Standard Shipping

We ship domestically via trusted carriers (UPS, USPS, and DHL). Delivery times are typically 2–7 business days depending on your location. A tracking number will be sent once your order is on its way.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited methods are available at checkout for an additional cost. If you need something urgently, please reach out to studio@houseofquentinjones.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees calculated at checkout or upon delivery, depending on regional regulations. Delivery timelines vary by destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, packaging requirements, and destination. We pack all pieces carefully and securely to support their sculptural forms and ensure they arrive safely.

Returns & Exchanges

Ceramics

Ceramic pieces may be returned on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of delivery. Because each item is handmade, natural variations in glaze and shape are expected and not considered defects.
To initiate a return, contact studio@houseofquentinjones.com with your order number.

Tapestries

All tapestries are made to order in Jaipur using antique silks; therefore they are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. We will check in during the process to with fabric selections and where options are available. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at studio@houseofquentinjones.com with clear photographs. We will resolve it immediately with a replacement, refund, or repair whenever possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to adjust or cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Commissions & Special Requests

For bespoke pieces, commissions, or special colourways, reach us at studio@houseofquentinjones.com. We take on select projects as availability allows.
